Why choose the Elite Pro?

Three support levels. Adjustable compression. One brace.

A basic fixed-support brace gives you one built-in support setup. The Elite Pro gives you more control: change between Light, Medium and Maximum rear support systems, then adjust the compression to suit your fit and how firmly you want the brace to support your lower back.

Basic fixed-support brace

One support setup.

If a basic brace feels too flexible or too rigid for a longer walk, hills or uneven ground, you are generally limited to the support built into that brace.

Elite Pro Back Support Brace

Light + Medium + Maximum support + adjustable compression.

Swap the rear inserts to change the support: flexible Light, semi-rigid Medium or rigid contoured aluminium Maximum. Then use the adjustable compression straps to fine-tune the fit and firmness around your lower back.

One brace gives you three support systems plus compression you can adjust.
When back pain gets in the way

Support your lower back through the conditions that can make walking harder.

Longer outings, hills, uneven ground and carrying essentials can all increase the demands on your lower back. If those demands aggravate lower-back-related pain, the Elite Pro is designed to provide adjustable support and compression while you keep moving, provided it remains comfortable and does not interfere with your stride, breathing, balance or normal movement.

Longer walks

Support and adjustable compression for extended time on your feet, which may help make longer walks more manageable when lower-back-related pain is getting in the way.

Uneven trails

Choose a lighter or firmer support system and fine-tune the compression for changing surfaces while preserving a natural stride, balance and comfortable movement.

Hills and inclines

Adjustable support and compression for uphill and downhill sections when the brace does not interfere with stepping, breathing or balance.

Carrying essentials

Adjustable support and compression while carrying water and light supplies using suitable equipment and a manageable load.

Why the Elite Pro is different

Change the support. Fine-tune the compression.

The Elite Pro is not locked into one level of support. Swap between Light, Medium and Maximum rear inserts, then adjust the compression straps to fine-tune how firmly the brace fits around your lower back. For walking and hiking, choose the most flexible configuration that gives you the support you want without limiting stride, breathing, balance or normal movement.

L
Light support The most flexible option for daily walks, easier tracks, shorter outings and minimal restriction.
M
Medium support Semi-rigid support when extra firmness is wanted and a natural, comfortable stride remains possible.
X
Maximum support The most rigid option. Use it only when it does not restrict stride, breathing, balance or safe movement.
+
Adjustable compression Outer compression straps let you fine-tune the fit and firmness after choosing your support level.
Before heading out

Test the fit on a short walk.

Check the brace before a longer outing. You should be able to walk, step up and down, turn, bend, maintain balance and breathe normally.

Set it before walking

Start with Light support and moderate compression, then increase support or tension only if it remains comfortable.
Check the brace does not bunch, pinch or press into the ribs or hips.
Test it on flat ground, steps and a gentle incline before committing to a longer route.

Recheck it during the walk

Reduce the tension if breathing or normal movement feels restricted.
Stop and adjust the brace if it shifts or becomes uncomfortable.
Stop using it if it causes pain, numbness, tingling or affects balance or safe movement.

Lower back pain should not automatically mean giving up walking or hiking.

The Elite Pro is designed to support your lower back and help relieve lower-back-related pain while you keep moving. Change between Light, Medium and Maximum support and fine-tune the compression as your route and needs change.

Frequently asked questions

Walking and hiking questions.

Can the Elite Pro help with lower-back-related pain while walking or hiking?

The Elite Pro is designed to support the lower back and help relieve lower-back-related pain. It may be worn while walking or hiking when it remains comfortable and does not restrict your stride, breathing, balance or safe movement. Test the fit on a short walk before committing to a longer route.

Why choose the Elite Pro instead of a basic fixed-support back brace?

A basic fixed-support brace generally gives you one support setup. The Elite Pro includes three interchangeable rear support systems — Light, Medium and Maximum — plus adjustable compression straps, giving you more control over both support and fit for different walking conditions.

Which support level is best for walking and hiking?

Light support provides the most flexibility. Medium support may suit people wanting more firmness. Maximum support is more rigid. Whichever level you choose, adjust the compression so the brace feels supportive without restricting stride, breathing, balance or normal movement.

Does a back brace replace safe walking or hiking practices?

No. It does not replace suitable footwear, route planning, hydration, weather awareness, sensible pacing or professional medical advice.
