Three support levels. Adjustable compression. One brace.
A basic fixed-support brace gives you one built-in support setup. The Elite Pro gives you more control: change between Light, Medium and Maximum rear support systems, then adjust the compression to suit your fit and how firmly you want the brace to support your lower back.
One support setup.
If a basic brace feels too flexible or too rigid as site work changes between driving, walking, bending, lifting and carrying, you are generally limited to the support built into that brace.
Light + Medium + Maximum support + adjustable compression.
Swap the rear inserts to change the support: flexible Light, semi-rigid Medium or rigid contoured aluminium Maximum. Then use the adjustable compression straps to fine-tune the fit and firmness around your lower back.
Support your lower back through common construction tasks.
Construction work can involve lifting materials, carrying equipment, repeated bending, working at different heights, standing for long periods and moving between machinery, vehicles and physical site duties. If those demands aggravate lower-back-related pain, the Elite Pro is designed to provide adjustable support and compression while you keep working within normal site safety requirements.
Lifting Building Materials
Support and adjustable compression for workers handling timber, bricks, bags, fittings, panels, equipment and other site materials using safe handling techniques.
Carrying Tools and Equipment
Adjustable support and compression for workers carrying toolboxes, power tools, machinery, components and jobsite equipment.
Bending and Reaching
Bending, reaching and turning can aggravate the lower back. Choose the support level and compression that remain comfortable while handling materials at different heights.
Formwork and Concrete Work
Adjustable support and compression for physical duties involving formwork materials, reinforcing components, concrete tools and site preparation.
Standing and Walking
Flexible support and adjustable compression for workers who spend extended periods standing, walking and moving around the site.
Driving and Equipment Operation
Light or Medium support can be selected and compression adjusted for workers who alternate between physical work, driving and equipment operation.
Suitable for different construction roles.
The Elite Pro is designed to support the lower back across building, civil construction, site preparation, installation, maintenance and material-handling roles.
Change the support. Fine-tune the compression.
Every Elite Pro includes Light, Medium and Maximum rear support systems. Change the insert set as the demands of the job change, then use the outer compression straps to fine-tune the fit and firmness around your lower back.
Light Support
Movement and Lighter Duties
Flexible inserts for walking, standing, driving, inspections and lower-intensity construction duties.
Medium Support
Regular Construction Work
Semi-rigid contoured inserts for regular lifting, carrying, bending, installation and material-handling duties.
Maximum Support
Demanding Physical Tasks
Rigid aluminium contoured inserts for workers wanting stronger support during demanding lifting, carrying and site-material duties.
Fine-Tune the Fit and Firmness

Construction worker back support questions.
Can the Elite Pro help with lower-back-related pain during construction work?
The Elite Pro is designed to support the lower back and help relieve lower-back-related pain. It may be worn during construction work when it remains comfortable and does not interfere with PPE, safety equipment, vehicle controls, balance, breathing or normal safe movement.
Why choose the Elite Pro instead of a basic fixed-support back brace?
A basic fixed-support brace generally gives you one support setup. The Elite Pro includes three interchangeable rear support systems — Light, Medium and Maximum — plus adjustable compression straps, giving you more control over both support and fit as site duties change.
Can construction workers change the support level?
Yes. The Elite Pro includes three removable insert sets. The wearer can change between Light, Medium and Maximum support by replacing the inserts inside the rear pockets, then fine-tune the compression using the outer straps.
Can the Elite Pro be worn while driving or operating equipment?
The brace can be adjusted for seated duties. The selected support level and strap tension must not restrict normal movement, access to controls, safe observation, entry, exit or correct seat-belt use.
Can the brace be worn with construction PPE?
The brace must not interfere with safety harnesses, fall-protection equipment, tool belts, high-visibility clothing or other required personal protective equipment. Remove or adjust the brace if it affects safe use.
Can a construction company order different sizes?
Yes. Workplace orders can contain mixed sizes from Small through to 6XL, allowing individual workers and team members to be fitted separately.
Does the brace replace safe work procedures?
No. The Elite Pro is an optional personal back-support product. It does not replace safe lifting procedures, suitable equipment, workplace training, task-specific risk controls or professional medical advice.
Important use information.
The brace must not interfere with safety harnesses, fall-protection systems, tool belts, machinery controls, vehicle seat belts, personal protective equipment or normal movement.
Reduce the compression or select a more flexible insert configuration if the brace feels restrictive during bending, climbing, kneeling, driving or equipment operation.
The Elite Pro is not a substitute for safe work procedures, lifting equipment, site training, workplace risk controls or professional medical care.
