Can workers change the amount of support?
Yes. The Elite Pro includes three removable insert sets. The wearer can change between Light, Medium and Maximum support by replacing the inserts inside the rear pockets, then fine-tune the compression using the outer straps.
Which support level is suitable for regular lifting?
Medium support may suit regular handling duties, while Maximum support provides a more rigid option. The wearer should select a configuration and compression level that remain comfortable and do not restrict normal movement.
Does wearing a back brace make heavy lifting safe?
No. A back-support brace does not make an unsafe or excessive load safe to lift. Workers must continue to follow load limits, manual-handling procedures and workplace risk controls.
Can a workplace order different sizes?
Yes. Workplace orders can contain mixed sizes from Small through to 6XL, allowing individual workers and team members to be fitted separately.
Does the brace replace manual-handling procedures?
No. The Elite Pro is an optional personal back-support product. It does not replace safe lifting techniques, mechanical lifting aids, team lifting, workplace training, risk controls or professional medical advice.
Important Use Information
A back-support brace does not increase the amount of weight a worker can safely lift and must not be used to justify lifting excessive or unsafe loads.
Reduce the compression or select a more flexible insert configuration if the brace restricts bending, walking, seated work, equipment operation or normal movement.
