Back Pain Support for Motorcycling

Lower back pain making motorcycling harder?

If lower back pain is making seated riding, a forward-leaning posture, road vibration or longer trips harder, wearing a supportive back brace may help. The Elite Pro is designed to support the lower back and help relieve lower-back-related pain — so you can keep riding.

A basic fixed-support brace gives you one support setup. The Elite Pro gives you three interchangeable support systems plus adjustable compression. Choose Light, Medium or Maximum support, then fine-tune the compression to suit your fit and how much support you want.

Why choose the Elite Pro?

Three support levels. Adjustable compression. One brace.

A basic fixed-support brace gives you one built-in support setup. The Elite Pro gives you more control: change between Light, Medium and Maximum rear support systems, then adjust the compression to suit your fit and how firmly you want the brace to support your lower back.

Basic fixed-support brace

One support setup.

If a basic brace feels too flexible or too rigid for seated riding, a forward lean or longer trips, you are generally limited to the support built into that brace.

Elite Pro Back Support Brace

Light + Medium + Maximum support + adjustable compression.

Swap the rear inserts to change the support: flexible Light, semi-rigid Medium or rigid contoured aluminium Maximum. Then use the adjustable compression straps to fine-tune the fit and firmness around your lower back.

One brace gives you three support systems plus compression you can adjust.
When back pain gets in the way

Support your lower back through the riding conditions that can make pain harder to manage.

Extended seated time, forward-leaning posture, road vibration and longer trips can all increase the demands on your lower back. If those demands aggravate lower-back-related pain, the Elite Pro is designed to provide adjustable support and compression while you keep riding, provided it remains comfortable and does not interfere with breathing, turning, shoulder checks, controls, balance or normal movement.

Seated riding

Support and adjustable compression for time in the saddle, which may help make seated riding more manageable when lower-back-related pain is getting in the way, provided the brace remains comfortable and does not press into the ribs or hips.

Forward-leaning posture

Choose a lighter or firmer support system and fine-tune the compression for a forward riding position while preserving breathing, steering and comfortable movement.

Road vibration

Adjustable support and compression for changing road surfaces when it does not restrict control, balance, shoulder checks or normal body movement.

Longer trips

Adjustable support and compression for touring and extended rides, combined with regular rest breaks and sensible pacing.

Why the Elite Pro is different

Change the support. Fine-tune the compression.

The Elite Pro is not locked into one level of support. Swap between Light, Medium and Maximum rear inserts, then adjust the compression straps to fine-tune how firmly the brace fits around your lower back. For motorcycling, choose the most flexible configuration that gives you the support you want without limiting breathing, shoulder checks, access to the controls, balance or safe movement.

L
Light support The most flexible option for everyday rides, shorter trips and minimal restriction in the seated position.
M
Medium support Semi-rigid support when extra firmness is wanted and full control and comfortable movement remain possible.
X
Maximum support The most rigid option. Use it only when it does not restrict breathing, shoulder checks, controls, balance or safe movement.
+
Adjustable compression Outer compression straps let you fine-tune the fit and firmness after choosing your support level.
Before heading off

Test the fit while seated on the motorcycle.

Check the brace before riding. You should be able to mount and dismount, reach every control, perform shoulder checks, balance at a stop and breathe normally.

Set it before riding

Start with Light support and moderate compression, then increase support or tension only if it remains comfortable.
Check the brace does not bunch, pinch or press into the ribs or hips while seated.
While stationary, test every control, both shoulder checks, mounting, dismounting and placing a foot on the ground.

Recheck it at rest stops

Reduce the tension if breathing or normal movement feels restricted.
Stop and adjust the brace if it shifts or becomes uncomfortable.
Stop using it if it causes pain, numbness, tingling or affects balance or safe movement.

Lower back pain should not automatically mean giving up riding.

The Elite Pro is designed to support your lower back and help relieve lower-back-related pain while you keep riding. Change between Light, Medium and Maximum support and fine-tune the compression as your riding position, trip length and needs change.

Frequently asked questions

Motorcycling questions.

Can the Elite Pro help with lower-back-related pain while motorcycling?

The Elite Pro is designed to support the lower back and help relieve lower-back-related pain. It may be worn while riding when it remains comfortable and does not restrict breathing, shoulder checks, access to the controls, balance or safe movement. Test the complete fit while the motorcycle is stationary before riding.

Why choose the Elite Pro instead of a basic fixed-support back brace?

A basic fixed-support brace generally gives you one support setup. The Elite Pro includes three interchangeable rear support systems — Light, Medium and Maximum — plus adjustable compression straps, giving you more control over both support and fit for different riding positions and trip lengths.

Which support level is best for motorcycling?

Light support provides the most flexibility. Medium support may suit riders wanting more firmness. Maximum support is more rigid. Whichever level you choose, adjust the compression so the brace feels supportive without restricting breathing, shoulder checks, access to the controls, balance or normal movement.

Does a back brace replace safe motorcycling practices?

No. It does not replace approved protective equipment, rider training, road-law compliance, regular breaks, hydration, safe motorcycle setup or professional medical advice.
