Can the Elite Pro help with lower-back-related pain during forklift work?
The Elite Pro is designed to support the lower back and help relieve lower-back-related pain. It may be worn during forklift work when it remains comfortable and does not interfere with seat belts, controls, safe observation, entry, exit, breathing, balance or normal movement.
Why choose the Elite Pro instead of a basic fixed-support back brace?
A basic fixed-support brace generally gives you one support setup. The Elite Pro includes three interchangeable rear support systems — Light, Medium and Maximum — plus adjustable compression straps, giving you more control over both support and fit as duties change through the shift.
Can the Elite Pro be worn while operating a forklift?
The Elite Pro can be adjusted for seated operation. The selected support level and compression must not restrict normal movement, safe observation, access to controls, entry or exit, or correct use of the forklift seat belt.
Which support level is suitable for seated operation?
Light or Medium support may provide a more flexible option for seated operation. The operator should choose a support configuration and compression level that feel comfortable and do not interfere with safe equipment operation.
Can the support level be changed during a shift?
Yes. The rear inserts can be removed and replaced when the operator moves between equipment operation, walking, stock handling and more demanding manual duties, and the compression can then be fine-tuned using the outer straps.
Can a workplace order different sizes?
Yes. Workplace orders can contain mixed sizes from Small through to 6XL, allowing individual forklift operators and warehouse team members to be fitted separately.
Does the brace replace forklift safety procedures?
No. The Elite Pro is an optional personal back-support product. It does not replace operator training, seat-belt use, safe operating procedures, workplace risk controls or professional medical advice.
Important use information.
The brace must not interfere with the operator's seat belt, controls, vision, normal movement, safe entry and exit or ability to observe the work area.
Operators should reduce the compression or select a more flexible insert configuration if the brace feels restrictive while seated.
The Elite Pro is not a substitute for forklift training, safe operating procedures, workplace risk controls, suitable seating or professional medical care.
